Korea’s Media Art Content Showcased to Captivate Art Lovers in Tokyo and Hanoi

Media art content featuring scenes of Korea’s attractive cultural and tourism assets and bilateral exchanges with Japan and Vietnam is being showcased on the façades of the Korean Cultural Center in Tokyo and Korean Cultural Center in Hanoi, respectively, on a permanent basis from December 1. This project was realized jointly by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) and Korean Culture and Information Service (Director KIM Jang-ho, KOCIS).

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) together with the Ministry of Employment and Labor (Minister LEE Jung Sik, MOEL) will join forces in earnest to protect labor rights and interests, and to improve the working environment of those in the entertainment management business, which includes formulating a standardized contract form, strengthening training on labor-related laws and regulations, and holding joint meetings, etc., with associations and organizations in the entertainment management industry.

"2022 K-Book Copyright Market” Opened to Promote Korean Published Content in Overseas Markets

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) together with Korea Publication and Culture Industry Promotion Agency (Director KIM Joon Hee), held the 2022 K-Book Copyright Market at the Seoul Garden Hotel in Seoul, for two days from November 29 (Tue) to 30 (Wed). Launched to support Korean publishers’ entry into overseas markets, this year’s event was held in-person for the first time in three years after going online for the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
