The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) together with the Korea Copyright Protection Agency (President PARK Jung Youl, KCOPA) and the Korea Copyright Commission (Chairman CHOI Byung Goo, KCC) published A Guide to Copyright and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) Trading. Amid the emergence of NFTs as an attractive market with new values, there is still a lack of understanding on the unique traits and environment of the NFT market.

Hanbok Designed by KIM Yuna Showcased on London Runway

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) will host Hanbok Wave, a Hanbok runway show, at the Korean Cultural Centre UK in London at 19:00 (local time) on September 27 jointly with the Korea Craft and Design Foundation (President KIM Tae Hoon, KCDF) and the Korean Cultural Centre UK (Director LEE Jeong-Woo, KCCUK). The runway show will showcase various Hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) items designed in collaboration with renowned figure skating star KIM Yuna.

2022 WELCOME DAEHAKRO from Sept 24 to Oct 30, Emerging as a global tourist destination for performing arts

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister PARK Bo Gyoon, MCST) in collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organization (Acting President SHIN Sang Yong, KTO) and Korea Performing Arts and Tourism Association (Chairman KIM Gyeong Hoon, KPATA) hosts 2022 WELCOME DAEHAKRO from September 24 to October 30. The festival is organized to promote Daehakro, a major art and culture street located in downtown Seoul, as a hub of performance tourist attractions and encourage foreign performance tourists to visit Korea, thus contributing to the nation’s leap forward as an attractive tourist destination.
